OPENING LECTURE

1. Network Thinking as a strategic competence

We present, in a didactic and impactful way, the context of transformation and challenges faced by organizations in general and the customer in particular.

We teach the conceptual, methodological, and technological foundations necessary for thinking and acting in a network. This is the basis for getting hands-on in the following stages.

dynamic #1

2. Navigating the networks of our organization

We navigated together the cooperation and communication networks of the participants, identifying the main challenges for network evolution.

Note: The network is either pre-mapped or mapped in real time at the start of the event using Workforce Mapper.

The level of results to be presented is aligned beforehand with the project managers, always encouraging a positive view of the work networks.

3. Developing intra- and inter-team networks

Each group navigates — in a guided manner — through the networks of their team or area and learns, in practice, how to develop connections within and between strategic areas.

Each leader analyzes their own network and, with the help of the Oniris AI, obtains recommendations and action plans.
